Successful Camp N Launch
With Nuvali project directors to support the Camp N launch and selected press and media people in attendance, the eco-friendly community is no longer just a residence for homeowners but also an adventure and fun-filled destination for them and those visiting the site. In addition to the dining-and-shopping hubs Solenad 1 and 2, the newly-opened Seda Hotel, and other recreational activity areas, Nuvali is emerging to fulfill its aim at the heart of Sta. Rosa, Laguna to render one's essential space as luxurious.
Creatively designed for team building exercises, training, field trip and camping, Camp N challenges the goals of any person as part of a unit regardless of age (adults need to sign for those less than 18 years of age). Cube News was on site to witness adults and kids try out the newly-opened Aerial Walk course (a series of cable ropes and obstacles strung between poles) at the site and the staff of Nuvali showed the launch guests how the High Ropes course could be enjoyed. For the Aerial Walk course, kids between the ages of 7 and 11 will require a climbing adult with them at all times. Those between the ages of 12 and 15 will require an adult for minimum supervision from the ground.
Before you chicken out and perceive the place to be for the adventurous type only, the experts behind Camp N had made safety a priority so that enjoyment and fulfillment of team activity goals can be had. There's always an ambulance on standby, plus activity participants are insured. Participants' heads are protected and snug under supplied helmets. The harness system, as Cube News was informed, can lift two cars, and this encourages heavy individuals to participate and have fun.
Do you want to conquer your fear of heights? Is there a shyness problem that troubles you? Are you always scared that you don't have a grip on stuff? Camp N offers its vast facilities to address such personal and team building issues, letting in the sunshine and other natural elements on you. The good thing about trying out the various attractions at the site is you can always decide on your pace or when to take a break.
The 3-level Obstacle Course (basic beginner, intermediate, and advanced) and the Camping Grounds (where families and friends can huddle for bonfires) add to the outdoor lifestyle charm of the site. Walk-ins during weekends are very much entertained. Weekday bookings need to be set five days prior a preferred date. Email [email protected] for details or visit the official Nuvali website.
An Ayala Land Inc. development, Nuvali is divided into North, Central, and South sectors that complete the eco-community. Aside from bird-watching at The Bird Sanctuary (where 74 bird species have so far been identified), fish-feeding at the Koi Fish Feed Area, and boating at the man-made lake, residents and visitors can enjoy the physical challenge of the conducive biking trails that are situated in most of the 2,290 hectare property.
For thrill-seekers who are not afraid to make a splash in the water, Republ1c Wakepark is the perfect facility. Located in Nuvali's West Diversity Blvd., the wakeboarding and wakeskating establishment is fast-attracting water sport enthusiasts and professionals to enjoy the scene where it's most thriving and just an hour or so from Metro Manila. For overnight stays, the wakepark is offering a P700 per night per person accommodation that's just 5 minutes away from the area. Guests also have the option to stay at the nearby Seda Hotel with access to convenient transfers.
Within the year, Nuvali hopes to install two more adventure attractions, namely the free-fall jump (of UK-technology) with wall climbing features, plus a panoramic viewing deck and a zipline with a twist that's called Rollercoaster Zipline. By December of 2014, residents and neighboring visitors won't have to burden themselves with heavy traffic to Metro Manila malls just to see a movie because state-of-the-art cinemas will soon be operational.
